This API allows you to upload additional evidence files to a dispute such as product images, PDF documents and more.
The Upload Evidence API allows you to upload additional evidence files to a dispute. This data can include files such as product images, relevant PDF documents, customer communication exports and more.
Limitations
- A single request can contain a single file
- File size is limited to 5MB
HMAC Signing
This API uses Content-Type multipart/form-data to allow for convenient file uploads. Therefore, make sure to use the dedicated HMAC signing process for multipart/form-data API calls.
