Get Alerts

The Get Alerts endpoint is available exclusively for Chargeflow Alerts customers. It provides real-time visibility into potential chargeback events before they escalate into full disputes.

When you call this endpoint, you'll receive all pre-chargeback alerts associated with your account, including their status, type, linked transaction, and other relevant details.

Merchants can use this endpoint to:

• Proactively respond to disputes before they become chargebacks.
• Automate refund or cancellation flows to minimize financial loss and avoid chargeback fees.
• Monitor risk trends across transactions to identify recurring fraud or operational issues.

The endpoint returns a paginated list of alerts. You can apply filters (by date, type, status, or reason) and use sorting functionality to refine the results.
