Log in to your Chargeflow account and generate API credentials via the Connect UI.

Subscribe to the relevant webhook events to stay informed in real time:

Centralized Dispute Creation
Platforms can submit disputes directly on behalf of their merchants. Chargeflow uses this data to craft and submit evidence, increasing win rates and reducing overhead.
Submitable Data Includes:
- Transactions: Share transaction details to support case evidence
- Orders: Add order-level insights for enhanced context
- Communications & Documents: Strengthen cases with additional documentation
Add Merchant Account
Create a new merchant account by providing the merchant’s email address and essential business details through our API.
Once created, the merchant account acts as a centralized container for all related data:
- PSP and platform integrations
- Dispute cases and evidence packages
- Transaction and order records
- Supporting documents and communication data
This structure ensures organized, efficient handling of every dispute case and allows for seamless scaling.
Create Dispute Case
Submit a new dispute on behalf of a merchant account. This initiates the case management process within Chargeflow.
You must include key dispute metadata such as:
- Dispute ID
- PSP name
- Reason code
- Amount
- Dispute date
This data is used to prepare and submit the appropriate evidence for the dispute.
Add Transaction Data
Provide transaction data related to a dispute for a specific merchant account. Transaction-level information adds crucial context and is required for building an effective evidence package.
Recommended fields include:
- Transaction ID
- Timestamp
- Payment method
- Amount and currency
- Customer details
Add Order Details
Send order-level data associated with a transaction. This helps verify fulfillment, delivery, and product/service information relevant to the dispute.
Common fields:
- Order ID
- Items and pricing
- Shipping address and delivery date
- Fulfillment status
- Tracking information
