  • Fulfillment Information: Tracking number (shipments[].trackingNumber), shipment date (shipments[].shipmentDate), and proof of delivery, if available, using our POST Upload Evidence API.
  • Subscription Information (if applicable): Charge history (subscription[].chargeHistory[]), frequency (subscription[].frequency), and status (subscription[].status).
  • Customer Communication: Screenshots of conversations with the buyer to demonstrate adherence to your SLA and to confirm that the customer is aware of their purchase, using our POST Upload Evidence API.
